Up or Down? Left or Right? explores how spatial orientation reshapes our understanding of the body. Rather than treating the body as a fixed center, the project focuses on how directions such as up and down, left and right are constantly redefined through rotation, movement, and shifting viewpoints. Through experiments with lines, modules, and spatial systems, combined with parametric design and draping, these changing orientations are translated into garment structures. The resulting pieces resist a single, stable silhouette and instead transform in response to bodily motion. Here, clothing is shaped by spatial logic, where orientation remains fluid and perception evolves through movement.
